All items are hand wash in cold water and lay flat to dry.

When washing an item that has a faux fur pom pom, be careful not to submerge the pom pom in water.
To re-fluff pom poms use a hair dryer on low.

Fill in the coupon code in the coupon box in the Cart page, then click Apply coupon.

You can also add a coupon in the Checkout page as well. 

I gladly accept returns as long as you contact me within 5 days of delivery and have the item shipped back to me within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Items that may not be returned:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital Downloads (patterns)
  • Items marked Clearance

All items are shipped via Canada Post. Costs will be calculated at checkout.

Paid patterns are provided as an instant download. A physical copy will not be mailed out to you. Free patterns are only available on the blog.

Buyers are responsible for any customs, duties and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
