Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping

All items are shipped via Canada Post within Canada. Costs will be calculated at checkout.

Paid patterns are provided as an instant download. A physical copy will not be mailed out to you. Free patterns are only available on the blog.

Conditions for Returns

We gladly accept returns as long as you contact me within 5 days of delivery and have the item shipped back to me within 14 days of delivery. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Items that may not be returned:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Digital Downloads (patterns)

• Items marked Sale or Clearance
  

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the shipping cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Contact us by email hello@ihooked.ca and we will provide the return mailing address.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Refunds

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods, less original shipping fees. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order.
