Pattern
To Start: Grab your elastic, we are going to crochet around it.
Row 1: Create a slip knot on your hook, sl st around elastic, ch 1, sc around the elastic as many times as you can. Sl st to the first sc.
Tip: gently slide the sc down as you go so they are close together.
Row 2: ch 2, place 3-4 dc in each sc. Counting here is not that important as it can get hard to see where you put your last dc. Sl st to the first dc.
Tip: the more dc you have in each sc the fuller the scrunchie will be.
To Finish: Cut yarn, weave in ends.
